Michael Blumenfeld
Michael Blumenfeld founded Blumenfeld & Associates in 1987. Previously, he served as a legislative aide for two state representatives, staff for the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules, and was the Consumer and Business Affairs specialist for the Hospital Rate Setting Commission.
He was also twice elected to serve on the Madison Common Council. Mr. Blumenfeld received his M.A. in Political Science from Boston University and his B.A. in Political Science & History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Association of Wisconsin Lobbyists.
Mr. Blumenfeld has been appointed to numerous boards and committees, including the Supreme Court of Wisconsin Appointment Selection Committee, Dane County Commission on Sensitive Crimes and the City of Madison Plan Commission.

Erin Fabrizius
Ms. Fabrizius has more than a decade of political and policy experience, including 13 years working for Blumenfeld & Associates as a public affairs counselor where she helps clients advance their legislative goals. She specializes in long-term care, child welfare, education, professional licensure and health care policy. Her work with personal care provider agencies during the 2019-21 state budget process resulted in the largest increase to Medicaid personal care reimbursement rates in almost 20 years. In addition to her work at Blumenfeld & Associates, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for NewBridge Madison, which provides services to older adults living in the greater Madison area.
She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism with distinction.
